Refund policy
Returns or exchanges can be made for up to 14 days after your package is marked as "delivered." Initiate your return or exchange within the 14-day window by emailing us at hello@shoplittleshadows.com. We'll send you a return shipping label. Your item(s) should be unused, with tags still intact and in the original packaging.

After your return is received and inspected for quality, a refund will be initiated within 14 business days to your original form of payment. Please note that the timing of the refund depends on the financial institution used at checkout.
If you haven't received your refund within 14 business days of your return being marked as delivered, we recommend first contacting your bank or credit card company to ensure the refund isn't still pending on their end. If they confirm no pending transactions, please reach out to us at hello@shoplittleshadows.com with your order number, return tracking number, and the date your return was marked as delivered. We'll be happy to assist you further.
Domestic exchanges are free. For refunds, a $10 re-stocking fee will apply.At the present time, international exchanges aren't available. However, you're welcome to return your item and place a new order. Duties, taxes, and shipping costs may apply.
