How My "Electronic" Motherhood Village of Home Appliances Saved My Sanity After Having a Kid

I got this right when I had my first son and it SAVED my sanity, trying to figure out meals to make. It specifically helped me figure out how to batch cook. If I had a motherhood village, the first thing I would ask for is for someone to come over and batch cook for me. There are some days when I don't get enough sleep and I just want to pull out some frozen soup to heat up on on the stove for lunch.

Most of the times I use it, I am getting to shower instead of monitor the stove. I can't tell you how many times I've been cooking something and then there is a meltdown that needs attention. Next thing I know my pan is burning. The instant pot duo eliminates all the need for monitoring. I can literally set it and jump in the shower! It may be my favorite pick of the "electric" motherhood village repertoire!
